Each subject in the syllabus of the courses in the Erasmus programme has certain ECTS credits that the incoming students can check in the COURSE CATALOGUE.

Exchange Students will enrol in a standard full-time study load and are required to complete all relevant assessment in order to obtain ECTS credits. A full course load is comprised of 60 ECTS for a full academic year, or 30 ECTS for one semester.

Class attendance is mandatory at EASD.

After international students have been selected by their home institutions and have obtained their institution’s documentation, they must be approved for participation and apply for admission in our institution within the Erasmus programme. In the Learning Agreement attached to the application we will revise the courses and ECTS credits that students must take, in case of mistakes, the student and International Relations Coordinator in the sending institution will be contacted.

After both institutions have approved the Learning Agreement, students must formalise their enrolment in the courses that they are going to take during their stay in our institution and that are listed in their Learning Agreement.

The International Relations Coordinator can approve changes in the chosen courses within the first month after arrival following consultation with the Head or Heads of related Departments, teachers involved and the person responsible at the sending institution.

Exchange students should take their courses in the subject area of the Inter-Institutional agreement. Students may not take courses outside this subject area.

EASD Zamora awards ECTS credits when students complete and pass successfully the courses they are enrrolled in. Grades and ECTS credits obtained will be stated in the Transcript of Records.
